Overview

As the Design Lead, I collaborated with stakeholders and led the team in redesigning WildAid Hong Kong’s website, transforming it from a fixed-width layout into a fully responsive experience. Beyond technical updates, the redesign focused on improving the website’s information architecture, streamlining the donation process, and refining the membership system to strengthen user engagement.

One of the key challenges was structuring clear and intuitive rules for different donation tiers while refining the step-by-step process and communications to ensure a seamless and trustworthy user experience. Every interaction—from selecting a donation amount to receiving confirmation—was carefully designed to reassure donors, reinforcing transparency and credibility.

Through this redesign, we not only modernized the platform but also enhanced WildAid’s ability to connect with supporters, making it easier for people to contribute to conservation efforts with confidence.
